Anti-slam pin.

Question

I received my gold color latch replacement, thank you, however, the anti-slam pin doesn't line up with where the latch connects on the white door jam part.

Take a look at the 82-249 multi-point keeper. This is the keeper that goes with the 82-265 mortise latch. Your keeper does look similar to the 82-249, but it just might not line up correctly to the anti-slam pin from the 82-265. Thanks for posting!
