Hi there,
I have Arcor double hung windows with broken parts and I'm looking for replacements. I've attached two photos and I'm looking for the shoe, coil springs and the pivot bars and the security inserts .
We've had a good look at the springs and can't see a stamped number weight on the originals. One does have a "CL" stamp and the other has "C". Any suggestions on how to gauge the weight?

Hello,
Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177 shown below. This shoe is used with the S152 coil springs. You'll need to check both coils for the stamp codes to choose the corresponding strength options. We also offer the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145 support parts for the coil springs.

As for the pivot bar and vent latch, take a look and compare the specifications of the 26-226 and 26-122 to yours. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for the quiet response, we've had a good look at the coils and they don't have number stamps, just a "C" and a "CL". Do they represent a weight or is there a way for us to figure out what weight we require?

If there are no clear numbers on the coils, I'd recommend weighing the sash. The sash weight divided by the number of coils used on both sides (four in your case) will determine the strength options needed for your replacements.
