The attachment pivots are cracked and the sash bottom broken. Are these parts field replaceable ?

This looks like a pivot bar, possibly our 26-040, but you will need to remove one of yours and compare to confirm. See the first video below that shows how to remove and replace pivot bars. For the pivot shoe, you'll need to remove one and give us its width and thickness. See the second video.
