640 is on end of one coil spring. I will need both sides.

Hello there. This looks like an older version of the 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This shoe works with Series 190 Coil Balances. For any coil stamped 640, see the S190-640 6 pound coil spring. For a new support clip, see the 15-181. Let me know if you have further questions about any of this hardware.
