The only marking I see is the printed "28 3 GV  CMC 2"

Thanks for posting! Your window balances can be replaced with the S380-29 or the S385-29. To determine if this is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

Our 2830 stamp should work in place of yours. It will support a sash weighing 16 to 23lbs.
