What is the correct part # and source for replacement Balances with shoe(s) for 72" tall, Atrium, double hung, all vinyl window?

Hello! Thanks for contacting us. The pivot shoe looks like a match for our 15-216. See what you think.
The balance will have to be custom made. I'm thinking something like our Series 770 channel balance, but with a 15-198 hook installed at the top and a 15-224 installed at the bottom. Does that look good to you? If so, let me know how many you need and we can get started.
