Attaching balance hooks

The easiest way is with a table vise. Open the vise just enough to slip the cord between the jaws while you pull the top clip about six inches. Lock the vise to release the pressure on the cord so you can untie and tie on the 15-198 top balance clip. Release the cord slowly while holding on to the 15-198 clip until it goes back in the balance. This last step is very important; you don't want the clip to shoot back when you open the vise!
