Looks like everything matches the Encore Sill Operator 39-239B but I could not find one that matched that was not a sill mount.
Mount is different as you can see, I don't have the 3 holes in a row my holes are 3 but in triangle shape.

Thanks for posting. The 39-239B or the stainless-steel 39-239C does look like our closest matches. Our operator bases are intentionally made with more holes than you'd ever need, so that they can account for different mounting hole configurations on older style operators. They're not all supposed to line up, and you should be able to use the ones available to you on our replacement just fine. Let me know if you have any other questions.
