I was wondering what is different about the 39-239C and the 39-239B

Parts of my casement windows are rusted. The arms look like the photos and when not rusted off slide into a 16inch holder on the other part of window. Truth operator. Cannot locate serial number. With arms fully extended measures 15-1/2" Base plate measures 4-15/16" Crank base plate measures 5-3/16" Thanks!
