Replacement window opening mechanism

Question

I have a Milgard awning window. Milgard service says it is a Maxim, but that has been discontinued and the current one is called Encore. The measurements seem to fit product Code: 39-239C

SS Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount.

Does this seem right? If so, I will order it.

Hello! I agree, our 39-239C operator does look similar to yours. You should be able to reuse the old shoes but if that's not possible then see our 39-536 as well (sold separately).
