I was wondering what is different about the 39-239C and the 39-239B

Hello! The only difference between these two operators is that the 39-239C has stainless steel arms. This helps it hold up better environments where corrosion is a concern, such as down the shore.

That said, the 39-239B still holds up remarkably well in salt air conditions thanks to its corrosion-resistant powder coating. The 39-239C just gives you that extra peace of mind.
