Thanks for getting back to us! We're heading in the right direction, but I'm not sure if any of our operators are an exact replacement. To confirm, I'd like to see photos of the fittings that attach the operator arms to the bottom of the sash. Please also write out the length of the arms. From there, we should have a better idea of what you need.

As you can see the arms have a bend in them. As close as I can measure they're approximately 10 1/2 inches in length.
Is that a clear enough picture of the fittings?

Thanks for getting back to us but the fittings are currently obscured by the sash. We'll need you to detach one of the arms from the sash or take photos from underneath it so that the fittings are visible.

Unfortunately, we can't confirm the correct replacement with the arms still attached to the sash frame. Once you detach the operator fittings from the sash track, compare the 39-312 or the shorter 39-453 to your assembly. If there are still discrepancies, please get back to us with additional photos and confirm your exact measurements compared to ours.
