Replacement dual arm Roto operator for single vent awning windows. 5.5" arm length. Designed for face-mount applications on single vent awning windows. The double arm design helps achieve corner pull-in and sash stability of ventilator. Crank operated to provide a wide range of open positions.

This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.

I need to get some replacement window crank handles, but I'm not sure which ones to order. Can you tell from looking at the photos?

Good morning, This has dual arms. Screws won't tighten and window very difficult to close. Thank you

Handle 45054 comes out when closing the window

When opening the window, the mechanism works fine (first pic). But, when closing the window the handle seems to unravel more and comes out, leaving the window partially open. Maybe the gears are stripped. The handle shows 45054 number and the arms have 'Truth' on them. Do you have this mechanism. ... (cont.)
