I need to get some replacement window crank handles, but I'm not sure which ones to order. Can you tell from looking at the photos?

Good morning, This has dual arms. Screws won't tighten and window very difficult to close. Thank you

When opening the window, the mechanism works fine (first pic). But, when closing the window the handle seems to unravel more and comes out, leaving the window partially open. Maybe the gears are stripped. The handle shows 45054 number and the arms have 'Truth' on them. Do you have this mechanism. ... (cont.)

Hi there, My condo has floor to ceiling windows with awning windows at the floor level. I have broken three crank arms on three awning windows - two that measure 44 in. and one that measures 32 in. Which pieces do I need to order to make these windows operational again?

A tenant reported that the windows stopped opening. When inspecting the mechanism the crank only partly connects with the teeth so the easiest will be to replace it. It turns a few times but they window won't open. The problem is, the window can't be opened. We already had 2 different handyman look ... (cont.)

These windows are above a garage. They open from the bottom (not left/right). The TRUTH arms when fully extended are about 7" and the crank base area is also 7".Thank you for any help!Nancy

Is there a way to detach the arms from the shoe for the 39-453 model? Trying to remove the whole operator since the crank and worm gear broke. Since the window opening is only a couple inches, its too hard for me to remove the track. I live in an apartment so i cant go outside and uninstall. ... (cont.)

How do you remove the pivot arm from the pivot slide assembly? It doesn't appear to have a detach clip. Thanks, Lee

I am looking to replace everything in this photo except for the brackets on the far right. The operator handle has a serial number of 25 45054. I do not see any part numbers on any of these parts. We are needing replacement hardware to repair tis window.
