Handle 45054 comes out when closing the window

Question

When opening the window, the mechanism works fine (first pic). But, when closing the window the handle seems to unravel more and comes out, leaving the window partially open. Maybe the gears are stripped. The handle shows 45054 number and the arms have 'Truth' on them. Do you have this mechanism.
