broken gear to handle

The gear connecting the handle to the operator broke for this model

You can see the part on the left in the attached picture. Do you have that part still?

Hello!

That worm gear can't be repaired or replaced, unfortunately. When this comes out, it means you'll need an all new operator. We can help but we'd need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

Thank you! Your operator reminds me of our 39-453 at first glance but I can't be 100% certain without seeing the end of the arms. Look over our dimensions and compare them with yours to see if this matches your original assembly.
