Trying to find replacement dual arm crank for window

Hello, I'm hoping you can help, I'm trying to find a replacement crank for one of my windows. It's a dual arm type I think.
I'm in Toronto Canada and came across your site.
If you don't ship to Canada can you at least tell which type of part I should get? I think I can manage replacing it.
