Window operator handle and duel operator arms

Question

I am looking to replace everything in this photo except for the brackets on the far right. The operator handle has a serial number of 25 45054. The duel operator arms has a brand name of "truth" but i cannot find a serial number. Let me know if there is additional information I can provide, thanks!
