Hello! For starters, I want to ask a favor. Can you send another photo? We need to see the operator (with the window open) from an overhead view, with the whole operator and the arms in the photo.

Looking at your operator, it appears to be an older Andersen part. If, indeed, it is an Andersen, you will need to install one of the newer operators that Andersen now uses. You might need to use the 39-389 long arm kit, along with the 39-286 handle. Take a look at the measurements and see what you think. These are a little tricky to install, so be careful. In some cases you might need to re-set the operator base in the window sill to have the window operate correctly. You might find that you need to have a professional do the job.
