Aloha, my window manufacturer company Ply Gem (West Pro Series 700 Windows) recommended your company for replacement parts for my awning windows. When I removed the operator mechanism, I was so glad to see that it was made in the USA. With some research I was led to Swisco. Please verify the right parts for me before I order some. I Think it's Product Code: 39-239C but it has a stainless steel bracket and 2 additional screws that attach at a right angle to the other 6 screws. Pease see 3rd (middle) photo.

Good news! Our vendor manager was able to locate a replacement for the backplate. We are working on bringing it in but just waiting to confirm a few details.
