I am looking for balance systems for a Norandex series 2500 window. The date on these windows is 6/29/2005 double hung. I have attached a picture of the balance system. Please let me know if you can help locate the correct part.

Your photos resemble our 15-177 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 152 coil springs. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if you agree. Thank you!
