We'd be happy to help but it looks like you are showing two different coil balance assemblies. Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the shoe you have here however, there is a chance that our (17/32") 15-199 could work as a replacement for you. Compare the dimensions to your existing shoe to determine if this is the right fit.
This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" thick S160 coil spring or the 3/8" thick S165 coil spring. To determine the correct replacement, you'll need to measure the thickness of your coil spring.
If there are no stamps on the original metal coils, you'll also need to weigh the window sash and divide it by the total number of coils used in the window.
As for your second coil balance, the pivot shoe resembles the 15-228 that is used with the same S160 or S165 coil springs. Keep in mind that one window should use the same type of coil balance on each side. If these balances came out of the same window, I would recommend checking another window in the house to confirm the original hardware that was used.
