Need both balancing spring

I believe you may be possibly referring to our Series 350 channel balances based on your discussion title. We can definitely help you with, we would just need for you to provide us with a little more information. What is the metal length of the balance? Are there any stampings/markings on the balance? If so, please provide that number. Lastly, send us a couple of photos of the balance removed from the window so that we can have a look.

Hello,
I attached the photos that shows the mechanism, it is impossible to unwind the spring to see if there is a part number on it. I would be more than happy to send it to you to see if you can unwind it, the attached photos should give you an idea of what we need.

The window size is 23X35.

We apologize for the confusion. We thank you for clearing it up with your photos. Our Series 160 coil spring appears it could be a match for your part. If you should also need a pivot shoe, our 15-199 would make a good choice.
