Hey Dale. You show two different pivot shoes in your photos. The first looks like it might be an older version of our 15-228, but we'd like to see the pivot bar that fits into that metal cam just to confirm this. This shoe uses either our Series 160 1/2" thick Coil Springs or the Series 165 3/8" thick springs. Compare the thickness of your existing springs to confirm which Series you need. 

The other pivot shoe you show is our 15-175, which uses the Series 152 Coil Springs.

Picture 1 & 2 from left to right are for the small window.
Picture 3 is for the large window.
Picture - pivot bar 1 is for the small window.
Picture - pivot bar 2 is for the large window.
The coil spring is 1/2" wide for both window.

These pivot bars look like our 26-226 and 26-040, respectively. Compare both with your old hardware to ensure they match what you need.
