Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We should be able to help with this. The stamp on the metal channel isn't a part number so we'll need more information. Can you show us close-up shots of the top and bottom fittings? Can we also see a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Thank you kindly! Based on these photos, I recommend the S395-28 channel balance. Your old stamp is outdated so you must weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper stamp option for your replacements. There's a chart under the product description on the S395-28 store page that you can use as a reference.

Let us know if you have any questions!

Hi,
Thank you for this information.
We also have bigger windows (same brand): metal channel is 34" long, 35" total including top and bottom fittings. Apart from the length, they look exactly the same as S395-28. What would be a good replacement for these?
Thanks,
Bertrand

If the top and bottom fittings match the Series 395, this would be what you want. The stamp will be different so you'll have to check the metal channel to see which option you'll need for your replacements.
