The shoe you have here is the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe. These can very likely be installed on your existing channels but it may be best to replace the assemblies.

If they are becoming warped and/or damaged, it is likely due to there being excessive weight is applied to the shoe. The might indicated that the weight isn't being distributed properly in the springs. I also noticed they are a bit rusted. All that being said, I suggest replacing them, but the choice would be yours to make.

Should you decide you would prefer to move forward with replacing the assemblies, I'll just need to now the number of balances you'd like to purchase. They will need to be custom since they have the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment. The quantity minimum is (2) balances for custom assemblies.

Our quotes are only used for custom assemblies, so the 15-194 shoe and the 26-244 Pivot Bar will need to be added to the cart from the website. The balances come assembled with the 15-195 on them but the shoes are fairly easy to swap out. Please see the video tutorial below for reference.
