The weight I am requesting is of the window sash, not the balances themselves.
The weight of the sash will help to determine the amount of tension the balance springs will need to have to properly support the sash when opening the window.

Thanks for confirming. Your balance can be replaced with either the S380-26 or the S385-26. You'll need to measure your shoe's depth to confirm which of these is the correct replacement.
You can use the 2530 stamp option, which will support a sash weighing 15 to 19 lbs.
