BSI 2745 28" x 1/2" window channel balances

We should be able to assist with a replacement for the balance shown, but it will require a custom order to assemble for you. Your balance resembles the Series 770 metal channel, but with the 62-105 hook at the bottom and a rivet at the top to accept a S-clip for installation like the 19-029 or 19-030.

To move forward, can you show us the pivot shoe in the window channel that the hook of the balance attaches to? 

We will also need to know the weight of the window sash as the 2745 stamp does not directly translate to our options. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!
