Thanks for writing in! Your channel balances appear to be the S795-27 with a 27D stamp. The clip at the top of your balance is the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment which means the replacements will need to be custom assemblies. That said, I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) custom assemblies.

These balances will come assembled with the 1-1/4" 15-195 closed cam shoe, so you'll need to find an undamaged shoe to confirm if your cam is the same. If it is opened in the back, you'll need to purchase the 15-195B open cam shoe along with the balances. They are fairly easy to swap out.
