BSI Channel Balance Measurements

I am trying to find the correct channel balance to order.

The stamp on the balance says 27 5 BSI NG
Metal length is 28"
Width is approx 9/16

Picture of the top and bottom fittings attached.

This appears to be either an S380-28 or S385-28, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon fitting. You will need a stamp option of 2750.
