BSI channel balance

A handy person from Massachusetts says:
Hello! I have two busted 14" channel balancers, neither of which still has all the guts inside. However, I have pieces of a block and fall and a spring. The channel has "14B BSI" and either "01" or "04." It's a really poor stamp.
Thank you!

Hello!

Your balance looks like a match for our S795-14 which comes with the 15-195 closed cam shoe by default. However, the stamp on your metal channel doesn't match any of our options so you'll need to weigh your sash and refer to the chart under the product description on the S795-14 store page to determine the appropriate spring strength option for your balance.

One important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom made.

A handy person from Massachusetts says:
Thank you so much! I'll weigh the window and order new hardware.
