I would also need the balance stop that sits in the window frame.

We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. What you have here is called an "extended travel" channel balance, named for its unique block and tackle system. Thankfully your photos tell us just about everything we need to get started.

Can you tell me how many of these did you need, exactly? Once I know that, I can email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to add these to your cart.

You also mentioned a balance stop--I assume that's what we call the "top sash guide." There are many potential replacements in your case. In order to narrow it down, I'll need you to remove an undamaged sample and show me a photo of it from the front and side. Think of it like a mugshot.

At the moment I just need one but might as well get two so it's "balanced"

Our minimum for custom orders is 2, so that works out. We always recommend replacing both balances anyway; if you mix old and new balances then the new hardware will wear out faster than it ought to, usually in just a few short years.

For now I will email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to add 2 of these to your cart. You may then checkout as normal.

Great, take a look and compare the specifications of the 16-002 take-out clip to yours.
