I am curious if you are still making these custom window balancers as I believe I have the exact same ones. I have attached a few pictures provided by my customer. I thought they were a match with 26" Series 395 Channel Balance but then I came across this thread then wasn't so sure. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. To confirm the correct replacement, we'll also need to see the fitting attached to the opposite end of the metal channel.
It looks like your balances are stamped with 25 4 but we'll need you to confirm. If so, then your metal channel should measure 25-5/8" long, not including the end fittings.
Lastly, we'll need to know the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!
