Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply a replacement for the balance shown here but it will have to be a custom order due to the configuration. Furthermore, the replacements will look a little different than your old balance but this won't affect function. 

I'll email you a purchase link for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. If you need new take-out clips, see if the 16-002 match what you're looking for. They aren't included in the link so don't forget to add your desired quantity to your cart separately.
