Balance 28C

Hey there!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. Your stamp "28C" usually corresponds to our 2830 stamp option but you can always weigh your sash on a scale to be 100% sure.

I'm afraid our S380 won't work if your bottom shoe measures 7/8" but we can still help. This will just have to be a custom order since none of our stock balances use a 7/8" 15-029 shoe. Can you tell me how many of these you'll need? Our minimum for custom orders is 2. Once I know that, I'll be able to draft a price quote.
