Thanks for reaching out to us. This balance looks like a match for our Series 795, which comes with the "T" lock pivot shoe already included. Look it over and see what you think. Please also note that our balance installs at the top using a screw tab, not a hook; if yours uses the hook, it won't work as is without some adjustments. If that's the case for you I'd like to see a photo of the hole where the hook installs so we can find an alternate solution.
