Hey there, thanks for reaching out!

There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement channel balances you need. However, to confirm the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. Unfortunately, the stamp from the balance does not indicate the type of balance you need, it only tells us the weight range the balance should be able to carry to support the weight of your sash.

That said, to properly identify them, I'll need to see a photo of any attachments that may be on the top or bottom of the balance.

If this is a tilt window, I'll need to see any attachments that could possibly be left behind in the window or that could possibly be attached to the bottom of the window. If there is a hook at the top of the balance, I'll need exactly how this hook installs at the top of the window track.

Please feel free to reach out with any other questions you might have.

Great thank you so much! There are a couple of other photos I'm going to try to attach it says I'm at a file limit and it's the piece that was left behind in the window

Thanks for the photos. I believe you may have a Series 795 Channel Balance but given the hook on the top of it, this may need to be a custom assembly.

In addition to the photos of that bottom piece, may I please see a photo of the area in the window where the hook installs? This will help determine what options may be available for a replacement.

Thanks for the photos! Since you have a circular hole at the top of the window, these will need to be a custom assembly. I'll just need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to confirm pricing and availability; there is an order minimum of (2) for custom assemblies.

Also, are you able to provide a photo of that bottom shoe? Unfortunately, they were not included in the photos you provided.

Hi thank you so much for your response. Yes I would need 22 please. Can you please show me a picture or what the shoe is? Also is it possible to get a replacement sash?

I'm happy to help! The shoe is likely the piece left behind in the window with a T-Shape. It should look like the 15-195.

Are you certain that all 22 balances have the 32C stamp? If not, I'll need to know the stamps from each balance and how many of each you would like to order.

Unfortunately, we would not be able to provide you with a replacement for the sash, we can only provide replacements for the hardware. You'd need to visit a local window repair shop, window retailer, or contact the manufacturer to inquire about how to obtain a replacement.

Thanks for confirming. I've forwarded a link with a quote for all of the requested balances. You'll be able to use the link to review the quote and place the order from your online cart.

The last thing you'll need to confirm is the attachment that should be on the bottom of your balances. Your existing shoes will not be compatible with our balance channels. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the replacement you need without the requested photo.

These balances come assembled with the 15-195 1-1/4" closed cam shoe but they are also compatible with the 15-194 1" shoe and the 15-195B 1-1/4" open cam shoes, which are sold separately.

Hello,

These photos do help to narrow down the replacements, but I cannot confirm them from the photos provided since the shoes are still installed.

They appear to have a closed cam shoe so you'll need either the 15-195 that comes assembled to the balance or the 15-194 1" shoe. Their dimensions can be found on their respective product pages so that you can compare the width once the shoe is removed.

I hope this helps!
