Hi,

I have a broken milgard window. It needs two spring balances. The numbers are 17 34

Hello! I think we can help with this balance, but I need a bit more information before we can go any further.

To start, can you show me a clear photo of the top plastic fitting? Your photo only shows the bottom, but we have to see both.

Can you also verify the stamp? Seeing a photo of it would also help. "17 34" is a very, very peculiar stamp and I'm not sure if that's something we can supply.

Thanks for clarifying. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-18 or S385-18, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

As for the stamp, that definitely looks like 1730 to me.
