Balance Assembly replacement

SIMONTON double-hung window.
Shoe broke in half, and need to replace full balance assembly. Window is approximately 20 pounds. There are no markings on springs to chose a number from.
Can you tell me what part I need?

Hello!

Sure, you can use the 15-259. I know it doesn't look like your old pivot shoe but it can work in its place. The video below will detail the process as well as the additional needed parts.
