Hello,

Based on the combination of attachments shown in your photo, you could have either the S380-35 or S385-35 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. Keep in mind that these balances are only used in non-tilt windows.

You'll also need 3420 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

As mentioned in my email, In mine, the plastic at end with the hook does not have those tabs (marked 15-005) on yours. I measure a depth of 1 7/32" with my micrometer. You here have option 1" and 1 3/32". The opposite end (my image 9378) does have tabs which measure 0.9" across from end of tab to the other end of tab.
Given this information, which should I order from you.
Thanks
Jay

Thanks for getting back to us with photos of your original balance. Your photos resemble the S395-35 (3420) balance but the shoe measures 1-1/8" deep as shown below. Unforutnately, We do not carry a non-winged shoe with a depth of 1-7/32".

The only larger non-winged shoes we could provide would be the 1-3/16" 15-003 or 1-1/4" deep 15-050, but it would need to be a custom order. I'd recommend double-checking your measurement to confirm if one of these combinations of end fittings could work for your application.
