I just spoke with someone about new channel balances for our Simonton Windows. Hope these photos are what you need. Metal to metal measurement is 35 inches.

Thank you for contacting us. I think the best match we will have for this balance is our S380-35, which comes with a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom. I recommend looking this hardware over to confirm that everything matches.

The stamp is a little weird, though. I'm actually not familiar with this. Can you tell me the exact weight of the sash? That will help us calculate the necessary spring strength.
