The bottom guide is broken.
There is a little handle attacked to the string end and hook up the shoe in the frame.

Take a look at our Series 770 channel balance and see if this matches your hardware. As for the shoe, how about our 15-129?

I actually ordered from SWISCO.
At first I missed the Series 770 from the non-tilt choice path on your website.
Later I hit it by chance and the pictures helped me to id it.
