I have a customer with a non-tilt commercial window.
All the information I have right now is the number stamped on the balance.
#3876DSL 1/2" channel balance.
Is there a replacement for this model ?

I'm afraid that is not a model number, it's only a code that indicates the strength of the spring. The only way to find a replacement balance is by comparing physical details, specifically of the nylon caps on either end. I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.
