Channel Balance UNIQUE 27-C-30

I believe this is for the balancer. Need to find out if you carry this part or is there something I can do to manually fix this. From my quick view the string is not pulling at all.

Thank you for contacting us. I believe our Series 795 can replace this, but I would like to see how it installs at the top to be sure. If it installs at the top using a screw tab, our Series 795 should be fine. If it installs with a hook, however, it'll have to be specially made. Let me know!
