Thanks for writing in, Claressa. This looks like a Series 795 Channel Balance. Confirm that your balance's metal channel, not including the bottom attachment, is 32" long. If so, you'll need the S795-32; let us know if the length differs in any way. Your stamp code 32-5 should may conform to our stamp option of 32E, for a window sash in the weight range of 30 through 34 lbs. If you're uncertain this is correct, weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the stamp options listed on the product page.

You will also need the 15-195B T-Lock Shoe. You can swap this out with the shoe that comes by default with the Series 795 (our 15-195). See the video below.

A home owner from Whitsett NC says:
Thank you Bob. This is extremely helpful. The length measures 33". Metal part only (excluding shoe).

Thanks for clarifying that. In that case, you'll need the S795-33. This also means that your balance's old stamp code may not be entirely reliable. I'd weigh your window sash to be safe. Then match that exact weight with one of the stamp codes listed on the product page. Again, you will need the 15-195B T-Lock Shoe, which is sold separately.

Thank you, duly noted.
