I am looking to repair a window with a faulty balance system.

Hello,
The older style crossbow balance shown in your photos is no longer available but we should be able to help. As long as the spring in your balance has a diameter of 1/2", you can follow our video below to convert your windows to use the S795 channel balance.
If the spring measures 3/8", let us know and we can go from there. Thank you!
