Hello there. The difference between the closed cam and open cam T-Lock shoes is that you can see through the back of the metal cam with the open cam shoe. The closed cam has a back wall that prevents this. This affects pivot bar compatibility. Your shoe has a closed cam and looks 1-1/4" wide; therefore, you can use the T-Lock Shoe that comes attached by default to the Series 795 Channel Balance (the 15-195 shoe). 

Please confirm your balance attaches to the top of the window jamb with a screw clip, rather than a hook. Let us know if it's a hook. Otherwise, you should be good to go with the S795-32, stamped 32D. Let me know if you have further questions.
