I have previously replaced the Balancer in a kitchen window and I have a handful of springs and string. Therefore, something has gone wrong.
The window weighs 34#
51" Wide
32" High
Balancer is 29" Long
Please reply with the correct balancer and what might have happened

I recommend our S380-29 channel balance. If your sash is 34 pounds, I recommend our 2860 option.
