Thanks for writing in. We may be able to help replace these channel balances, but we need more information to be able to help. I'm afraid that those stamps don't tell us the balances' identities, but rather only their strength. We will need to see pictures of the fittings on either end of the metal channels, and also we need the length of the metal channels, not including those attachments at either end. From there we'll do our best to narrow down what you need.

Hello again, you'll see 2 different windows here. One has a broken end tab & it shows the missing clip that is missing on the other window. Each window needs those wing tabs and clips.
I have 5 photos here, there will be 12 in all.

Thanks for getting back to me. The balances stamped 2630 should be 27" long, while the balances stamped 2030 should be 21" long. Do not include the nylon fittings in the measurement; only the length of the metal channel matters. Assuming that's correct, in both cases you have either the Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the diagram below for reference.

Comparison of the S378, S380 and S385 balance shoes.

So basically you will need, in the first instance, either the S380-21 or S385-21, and in either case for the stamp option choose 2030. For the longer balances, you'll need either the S380-27 or S385-27, and in either case go with 2630 as the stamp option. Let me know if you have further questions!

Excellent. We are working well here. Thank you.
I'll need 2 of each of; 21" S 385 & 27" S 385
