This old crossbow balance isn't made anymore, but it can be replaced with our Series 795 Channel Balance. See the video below for details.

Window will not stay open. Springs and plastic pieces that hold the tilt window are broken.

Great! Glad to hear it's all worked out. As for delivery time, That would depend on the shipping method you select during checkout. We have a couple different options to choose from.

another question.

See picture

The left and right mechanisms on the top of the sash. These clips hold sash in place from the top. Can these be replaced?

Yep, that's called a tilt latch. Yours is similar to our 26-243 and 26-244, but you'll have to compare your dimensions to ours to confirm that they line up.
